子痫前期患者离体胎盘细胞的凋亡及其临床意义 被引量:1

Apoptosis and clinical significance of isolated placenta cells in patients with preeclampsia

摘要 目的:探讨子痫前期患者胎盘绒毛滋养细胞的凋亡情况及其临床意义。方法:选择重度子痫前期、轻度子痫前期患者及正常以社会因素剖宫产孕妇各12例,分别取胎盘组织进行培养,以流式细胞仪测胎盘细胞的凋亡率并进行比较。结果:子痫前期患者胎盘细胞的凋亡率明显高于正常孕妇(P<0.05);重度子痫前期组胎盘绒毛滋养细胞的凋亡率高于轻度者,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:子痫前期患者胎盘绒毛滋养细胞的凋亡率增加,并与病情的严重程度呈正相关。凋亡率的增加与子痫前期的病因及病理过程密切相关。 Objective: To investigate the apoptosis and clinical significance of isolated placenta cells in patients with preeclampsia, Methods: 12 women with severe preeclampsia, 12 women with light preeclampsia and 12 pregnant women with cesarean section for society factors were selected. The apoptotic rates were detected by flow cytometer after placenta cells cultivation. Results: The apop- totic rate of placenta cells in women with preeclampsia was higher than that in normal pregnant women (P〈0. 05 ) . The apoptotic rate of placenta cells in women with severe preeclampsia was higher than that in women with light preeclampsia ( P 〈 0.05 ) . Conclusion: The ap- optotic rate of placenta cells in patients with preeclampsia increase, which is positively related to the severe degree of preeclampsia. The ap- optotic rate of placenta cells is related to pathogeny and pathologic process of preeclampsia.
