植物细胞核内复制的分子机制

摘要 核内复制是指在无有丝分裂的情况下细胞内发生一次或几次DNA合成并导致细胞多倍体化。核内复制是植物细胞内最普遍的细胞多倍体化的方式,能在正分化和扩张的细胞中发现。本文主要介绍了植物细胞核内复制的遗传发育、环境及激素等控制因素及其分子机制。 The endoreduplicafion consists of one or several rounds of DNA synthesis in the absence of mitosis and leads to cell polyploidisation. Endoreduplication is the most common mode of polyploidisation in plants and can be found in differentiating and expanding cells. The controlling factors, such as heredity and development , environment and hormones, and the molecular mechanism of plant endoreduplication were introduced in this paper.
