土壤芘污染对小白菜生态毒性效应及矿质元素吸收的影响 被引量:1

摘要 通过盆栽试验,研究了有机污染物芘对小白菜(油菜)种子发芽、根伸长,以及对吸收大量元素P、K,中量元素Ca、Mg及微量元素Fe、Mn、Cu、Zn的影响。结果表明:在土壤芘污染条件下,随着芘浓度的升高,小白菜种子萌发受到明显抑制,根伸长抑制率显著升高;小白菜根部P、K、Ca、Cu、Zn含量显著增加;小白菜地上部分P、Ca、Cu含量无明显变化,K,Fe、Zn含量随着土壤中芘浓度的增加而呈现出先增加后减少的趋势。这说明,小白菜受到芘污染后,对小白菜种子产生了一定的毒害作用,同时对矿质元素的吸收及分配也产生了影响。 In order to illustrate the effect of pyrene contamination on rape seed germination and root elongation and mineral absorption (including P, K, Ca, Mg, Fe, Mn, Cu and Zn), the experiment was conducted in pots. The results were as follows. As the concentration of pyrene in contaminated soil increased, the seed germination and root elongation of rape were inhibited obviously; the content of P, K, Ca, Cu and Zn in roots of rape increased significantly; the contents of P, Ca and Cu in the aboveground parts of rape changed httle, while the contents of K, Fe and Zn increased firstly and then decreased. It showed that pyrene contamination caused a certain toxicity on rape seed and influenced the mineral absorption of rape plant.
