一种新型FJJ12飞剪机的设计分析

摘要 飞剪机主要应用于钢铁加工行业连轧生产线上,是在钢板、螺纹钢、钢管、型材连续轧制过程中,按照工艺要求,在高速运动中对其进行精确定尺剪断的机电一体化设备。本文以冲剪直径φ12 mm冷轧螺纹钢的FJJ12飞剪机为例,介绍了主要结构构成,确定了偏置曲柄滑块机构与曲柄连杆机构的合成结构形式,并对其工作原理和工作过程进行了较为详细分析,给出了切割点处速度补偿措施,为飞剪机的设计提供了依据。 Flying shear is a kind of electromechanical integration equipment mainly applied in steel processing industry. On the course of continuous steel rolling it is used to cut precisely to length steel plate, thread steel, steel pipe and profile in high-speed motion according to the technical demands. This thesis introduces the composition of the structure and determines the synthesis structure form of the offset crank slider and crank connecting rod mechanism by the example of Ф12 cold rolled thread steel FJJ12 flying shear. Also the paper analyses the working theory and working process and presents measures of cut point speed compensation, which offers a base for flying shear.
