双罐笼矿井提升机钢丝绳形变及罐笼振幅分析

The Deformation of the Wire Cable about the Hoist with Double Cages and Cage Amplitude Analysis

结合单罐笼提升机提升钢丝绳的形变公式,考虑风阻力、天轮转动等因素的影响,建立了双罐笼提升下钢丝绳各绳段的形变公式。利用MATLAB-SIMULINK软件,建立了提升中罐笼的振动模型,通过具体工况参数下的仿真,经分析、综合、推演而来,利用通式并综合考虑多种因素的影响,包括各绳段形变量之间的关系,推导出双罐笼提升中钢丝绳各绳段的形变公式。以此为基础,建立了MAT-LAB-SIMULINK下罐笼的振幅模型,输入了具体参数,得到了相应的振幅仿真结果。

Based on the elastic deformation＇s formula of the wire cable about the hoist with single cage, and considered the influences of various elements, ）ust as the air resistance caused by cage＇s movement, of each bamboo cable weir about the hoist with double cages, the elastic deformation＇s formula was deduced. By the formula and software MATLAB-SIMULINK, the vibration model of raised cage was built, after inputted the raw data, we get the vibration results under simulation.
