0Cr13Al+15CrMoR复合钢裂纹原因分析及处理方法

摘要 在0Cr13Al+15CrMoR复合板矫平过程中发现断裂,从断裂的复合板上取样,进行硬度检验及化学成分分析未发现不合格;金相检验,未发现组织异常,晶粒度为8级;力学性能检验发现冲击功和伸长率偏低、屈服强度高。经分析,认为力学性能差的主要原因在于复合板爆炸后热处理工艺出现偏差。故其他复合板改用正火加回火进行热处理。 In the flattening of 0Cr13Al+15CrMoR explosive stainless clad steel plate, there were cracks. Hardness test and chemical analysis for the cracked shell are all passed, and no any abnormal structure in metallographic examination from cracked shell as well as the crystal grain is eighth grade. However in the mechanical performance test, it is found that the values of 20 ℃ impact and the elongation percentage of clad steel plate are low. The analysis results show that the reasons of the impact and the elongation percentage are very low because of the heat treatment processing.
