摘要
铝锭堆垛机机体是铝锭堆垛机重要的构件之一,是码垛小车、反转机构、整列机构及其他部件的主要承载体,机体在堆垛机工作过程中如果产生较大变形和振动将直接影响堆垛机的性能。因此,对铝锭堆垛机的振动分析研究是十分必要的,分析22 t/h铝锭堆垛机的振动情况,给出堆垛机机体设计的合理性。
The framework of the stacker is one of the important components, which is the mainly carrier of the stackering dolly, overturn organ ranking up down organ and other parts. It is harm to the continuous stacker, if the framework has large deformation and vibration during the machine working. So it's necessary to study the deformation & vibration of the frame and analysis the vibration of the 22 t/h stacker, in order to design structure and dimensions correctly, and gives the framework design is reasonable.
