摘要
提出了向再生混凝土中加超细粉煤灰的方法。采用正交试验方法研究了水泥、超细粉煤灰、再生骨料等因素对再生混凝土抗压强度的影响。试研究结果表明:通过掺入超细粉煤灰可以成功配制抗压强度在50MPa以上的再生混凝土。再生混凝土的砂率选择应稍大于普通骨料混凝土的砂率。超细粉煤灰对提高再生混凝土的强度有着非常明显的作用。
Recycled concrete is helpful in dealing with a bad influence of castoff on environment. At the same time, it will reduce the exploitation of natural stone and sand, protect environment, and safeguard durative development of social. Orthogonal experimental design is performed to research the effect of ultra-free fly ash, recycled aggregate, sand content and water-binder-ratio on compressive strength.Test results indicate that 50MPa recycled aggregate concrete are mixed successful. The sand content of recycled concrete should a bit larger than that of common concrete. The optimum mix proportions of the recycled concrete are recommended.The optimum mix proportion of ultra-fine fly ash is 30%.
