摘要
以浙江枫树岭水电站为例，较详细完整地介绍了一种由动态规划与马尔可夫随机决策过程理论发展形成的随机动态规划水库优化发电调度的理论和方法．并用此方法建立了枫树岭水电站随机动态规划水库优化调度模型，通过计算。
A new method of reservoir optimal operation—the stochastic dynamic programming method (S D P) is studied and developed. By using this method, the optimal operation model of Fengshuling Hydroelectric Station, Zhejiang, is built. The optimal operation chart is obtained.
