产后抑郁筛查量表的研译及评价

Translation and assessment of Postpartum Depression Screening Scale

目的:研译产后抑郁筛查量表(PDSS),通过应用验证其信度、效度水平。方法:用研译的产后抑郁筛查量表对550例健康初产妇在产后3～5天进行测量,通过问卷调查结果,分析问卷的信度、效度。结果:PDSS用于产妇产后3～5天时,有令人满意的信度和结构效度。量表总的内部一致性信度为0.913,各因子的Cronbach'α系数在0.873～0.919之间,量表具有较高的信度。对35个条目进行因子分析,产生7个公因子,它们总共能够解释总体方差的71.631%,35个条目因子负荷在0.694～0.860之间,而且所有条目在相应因子上的因子负荷均>0.60。结论:PDSS中文译本经过分析具有比较令人满意的信度、效度,可以用于产后抑郁症的测定。

Objective： To translate Postpartum Depression Screening Scale （PDSS） into chinese, evaluate the reliability and valid- ity. Methods： 550 women were investigated by the chinese version of PDSS in 3 - 5 days after giving birth. The reliability and validity were calculated by analyzing the results of the questionnaire survey. Results： The PDSS for postpartum women had good reliability and construct validity. The coincidence was 0. 913 and Cronbach＇α of all factors were between 0. 873 and 0. 919. Seven public factors were produced by analyzing of 35 items, they would explain 71. 631% of the whole variance. The factor loading of the 35 items were 0. 694 - 0. 860, which were all over 0. 60. Conclusion ： The reliability and validity of the chinese version of PDSS is satisfactory, and it can be used to assess the post- partum depression.
