摘要
证明了费米-狄拉克分布的正确性,并测出灯丝材料的费米能级.实验证实了费米-狄拉克分布峰随阳极电压的升高而向右位移的结论,并利用费米-狄拉克分布的峰值位移测定电子的比荷.
The rial is tested. The peak shift of the F correctness of Fermi-Dirac distribution is proved, and Fermi level of filament mate- Fermi-Dirac distribution peak shifts with increasing anode voltage. Based on the ermi-Dirac distribution, the specific charge of electron has been obtained.
