摘要
根据等距线的定义及有关文献导出了椭圆等距线的参数方程,给出了椭圆等距线的双圆弧逼近方法,由双圆弧逼近法对椭圆等矩线作离散逼近,再用圆弧代替椭圆等距线进行数控编程.通过实例计算,验证了椭圆的等距线不是椭圆这一结论,保证了程序编程时轮廓最大理论误差小于0.001mm的要求.
In this paper, according to the definition of the offset curve, and with the help of some references, the parametric equation of the offset curve of ellipse is derived and the method of the double arcs approximation is also presented. By this method, the offset curve of ellipse is approximated and discreted by arcs. Then by using many short arcs instead of the offset curve NC code is programmed. An example is given to verify the conclusion that the offset curve of ellipse is not a ellipse, and by this method the maximum error value of NC code can be made less than 0. 001mm.
