混合蒸汽作热介质定向循环养护工艺原理及应用

Principle and Application of Directional Circulation Curing Technique Using Mixed Vapour as Heat Medium

针对蒸养混凝土预制品生产过程中饱和蒸汽作养护热介质存在的缺陷，提出了一种将混合蒸汽作为热介质并使其定向循环的新养护工艺．该养护工艺较好地克服了原工艺的缺陷，使预制品质量和产量有了明显提高，并较大程度节省了能源．同时，对该工艺的原理和应用中的有关问题进行了探讨．

In the past, when saturated vapour was used as curing heat medium, defects were found in the process of production of steam concrete prefabricated components. Now, mixed vapour as heat medium and the new curing technology of directional circulation are introduced. The new technology effectively corrects the defects.It improves the quality, increases the output of the components and saves energy to a large extent. Also, the some problems about the principle and application of this technology are discussed in this paper.
