摘要
采用阳极氧化法制取二氧化钛薄膜,研究了电压加载方式对薄膜表面的影响以及不同磷酸质量浓度对成膜过程的影响。结果表明:采用缓加渐进方式施加电压有利于形成无斑点、表面均匀的薄膜;阻挡层电阻和厚度随磷酸质量浓度的增加而减小。
TiO2 film was prepared by the anodic oxidization method. The influlence of various electro- chemical parameters on TiO2 film performance was investigated. The impact of phosphoric acid concentration on the film formation process was also discussed in details. The results show that spotless and homogeneous surface of anodizing film was obtained by using the gradual inputting voltage method, and resistance and thickness of the barrier layer were decreased with the increase of phosphoric acid concentration.
