摘要
研究了在柠檬酸盐－醋酸盐－ＥＤＴＡ体系中镀覆的Ｓｎ－Ｐｂ合金打底层上再以硫酸体系镀覆Ｓｎ抗氧层的工艺方法（简称双层镀覆法）及所需稳定剂、光亮剂和抗氧剂等系列添加剂，用此工艺所得到的双层镀层共含Ｐｂ１０％，在空气中经（１９０±２）℃下１ｈ老化试验后无斑点、无剥离脱落、不氧化变色。
Electroplating process for double coatings(90 percent Sn,10 percent Pn)of Sn from sulfuric acid bath over Sn-Pb alloy from citrate-acetate-EDTA bath and the required stabilizing agent,lightener and antioxygenic agent have been researched After 1h ageing test under (190±2)℃ in air,the coatings have don′t crack off or tarnish,remain good appearance and welding property
