摘要
为了设计陶瓷基板视觉检测系统,首先采用互补金属-氧化物半导体(CMOS)图像传感器采集陶瓷基板的图像信号,通过光学成像和照明系统优化设计来提高像质,然后运用图像预处理和亚像素算法来提高边缘的检测精度,最后建立并分析了机器视觉检测系统尺寸及形位误差数学模型,实现了对陶瓷基板长度、宽度参数的测量。实验结果表明,该系统较好地提高了视觉检测系统的精度,并得到了较为准确的结果。
Aiming at designing ceramic substrate's visual detection system, the ceramic substrate's image was gathered by complementary metal-oxide semiconductor(CMOS). The quality of image was improved by optical imaging and lighting system. The precision of edge detection was improved by image preprocessing and sub-pixel. The mathematical modeling of dimensional and geometric error was developed. The ceramic suhstrate's length and width were acquired. The experiment results indicate that the precision of vision detection system is increased, and measuring results of the system are satisfactory.
