基于图像法的回转体轮廓测量技术

摘要 为充分利用图像测量法的突出优势,基于图像测量技术,提出了一种图像像素大小的标定方法。该方法采用标准量块从不同位置对图像的像素进行了标定;接着,比较分析标定结果,去除误差最大标定值,选取合适的值作为图像像素标定值,并采用此标定值进行测量;最后,利用该方法对一个铃铛的底部直径进行了测量并绘制了铃铛的外观尺寸图形,实验结果证明了该方法的可行性。 In order to make full use of prominent advantages of image measurement method, a new method to calibrate the pixel's dimension was developed based on the digital imaging measuring technology. In the method, four gauge blocks were used to calibrate the dimension of pixel from four different positions. And four different calibrating results were obtained, the calibration with maximum error was deleted, then the appropriate calibration was chosen from the others. According to the calibration, the maximum diameter of the bell's bottom was measured and the fitting curve of the bell's profile was given. The experimantal result proves that the method is feasible.
