摘要
为研究驱动桥壳在动态载荷下的应力状况,建立了汽车垂向振动的4自由度动力学方程。应用机械振动理论求解出了汽车在路面不平度下的动态载荷;以汽车驱动桥为例,利用有限元方法,得到了动载作用下桥壳各点的应力分布及最大应力点的位置,并进行了驱动桥壳的变形计算。仿真结果表明,该研究对驱动桥的动态设计具有一定的参考和应用价值。
For the study of the state of drive axle housing stress under the dynamic load,the vertical vibration of the car 4 degrees of freedom dynamic equation was built and dynamic load was solved by the machinery vibration theory. As the drive axle housing for example, the finite element method was applied to solve the dynamic stress of the weak parts of the drive axle housing. The strength and deformation analysis of the drive axle housing was made. The results show that the study has reference and application value for the drive axle housing design.
