摘要
为改善汽车驾驶舒适性能,以汽车离合器作为评判对象,探讨了一种基于模糊理论的离合器操纵舒适性综合评价方法。分析了膜片弹簧离合器静态工作原理,在"人—车—环境"闭环系统中,利用模糊综合评判理论,建立了影响其操纵舒适度的因素评价指标体系,利用多级模糊综合评判方法对离合器操纵舒适度进行了综合评价。实例试验表明,模糊综合评判方法可以较客观地实现对离合器操纵舒适度的主观评价。
Aiming at improving automobile driving comfort, an evaluation method based on fuzzy mathematics was put forward for the purpose of estimating the automobile clutch operating comfort. The static performance of the diaphragm spring clutch was analyzed. In the driver model and man-vehicle-environment loop system, the factors which affected the manipulative comfort of the automobile clutch operation were listed, the fuzzy comprehensive theory was used to get the subjective evaluation of the automobile clutch operating comfort. The test results indicate that the fuzzy theory can be used for reasonably evaluating automobile clutch operating comfort.
