摘要
多轴协调控制是运动控制系统中的重要技术,多轴运动控制系统的性能优劣取决于协调控制策略。无轴单张纸输纸机要求保证各驱动轴之间的运动保持严格的同步,解决输纸机各运动轴速度和相位的同步控制问题,也就是解决多轴运动同步问题。介绍了多轴运动控制系统中采用的一种滑模变结构控制策略,并把该策略应用于无轴单张纸输纸机。仿真试验结果表明,滑模变结构控制能够提高多轴控制系统的稳定性和自适应能力,满足系统响应速度和控制精度的要求。
Coordinated multi-axis control is one of the most important technologies in the motion control system, multi-axis motion control system's performance lies in coordination control strategy. Sheet feeding machine of shaft-less drives need to demand strictly synchronization between the driving shafts. In order to solve the synchronization between the speed and the phase of driving shafts in paper feeding machine, several sliding mode control strategies were used in muti-axis motion control system and how to use these strategies in controlling feeding machine of shaft-less drives were realized. Experiment results show that the sliding mode controller(SMC) is an effective way to improve the system's adaptive capacity and stability. It also has the advantages of short synchronization time and control accuracy.
