猴头菌片结合西药治疗胃癌根治术后消化不良临床观察

Clinical Observation of "Hericium Erinaceus Tablet" and Western Drugs in Treating Dyspepsia Following Gastrectomy for Gastric Cancer

目的观察猴头菌片结合西药对胃癌根治术后消化不良的临床疗效。方法将130例胃癌术后(远端胃切除术1年以上)因消化不良症状接受内镜随访的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各65例,对照组予铝碳酸镁,治疗组予铝碳酸镁和猴头菌片。两组疗程均为8周。观察患者治疗后上腹痛、腹胀、嗳气、烧心、口苦、间歇性吞咽困难和体质量减轻等消化不良症状改善程度和组织学改善情况。结果治疗组和对照组分别有63例、61例完成研究,总有效率分别为84.13%和83.61%,组间疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后治疗组腹胀、嗳气、间歇性吞咽困难、体质量减轻改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05);两组组织学检查炎症及活动性均有改善(P<0.05),组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论猴头菌片结合铝碳酸镁对胃癌术后消化不良有较好的治疗作用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of ＂Hericium Erinaceus Tablet＂ and western medicine on dyspepsia after gastrectomy for gastric cancer. Metheds One hundred and thirty subjects with dyspepsia after distal gastrectomy for more than 1 year were enrolled and randomly divided into 2 groups： group A in which 65 cases were treated with Hydrotalcite（Talcid） and group B in which another 65 cases were treated with the combination of Hydrotalcite（Talcid） and ＂Hericium Erinaceus Tablet＂, with a course of 8 weeks. The scores of such symptoms as upper abdominal pain, abdominal distention, eructation, heartburn, bitter taste in the mouth, intermittent dyspbagia, weight loss and the scores of histological changes were measured before and after treatments. Results Sixty-three cases in group A and 61 cases in group B underwent the whole treatment. The total effective rate in group A was 83.61%, with no difference as compared to 84.13% in group B（ P 〉0.05 ）. But the scores of abdominal distention, eructation, intermittent dysphagia and weight loss were reduced more significantly in group A than in group B （ P 〈0.05 ）. The scores of histological chronic inflammation and activity were significantly decreased in both groups（ P 〈0.05 ）, with more significant reduction in group A than in group B （ P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ＂Hericium Erinaceus Tablet＂ combined with hydrotalcite is effective for dyspepsia following postoperative gastric cancer.
