扶正化瘀胶囊结合拉米夫定治疗乙型肝炎后肝硬化临床观察

Clinical Observation of "Fuzheng Huayu Capsule" and Lamivudine in Treating Posthepatitic Cirrhosis

目的观察扶正化瘀胶囊结合拉米夫定治疗乙肝后肝硬化的临床疗效。方法治疗组22例采用扶正化瘀胶囊结合拉米夫定治疗,对照组26例以复方益肝灵或护肝片治疗,疗程均为6个月。观察临床症状、肝功能、HBV-DNA载量、血清HA、LN、PCⅢ、Ⅳ-C、超声多普勒检测门静脉直径及血流速、脾静脉直径等变化。结果治疗组与对照组各项检测指标比较均存在显著性差异,治疗组疗效显著。结论扶正化瘀胶囊结合拉米夫定治疗乙肝后肝硬化疗效确切。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of ＂ Fuzheng Huayu Capsule＂ and Lamivudine in treating posthepatitic cirrhosis. Methods Twenty-two cases in treatment group were treated with ＂Fuzheng Huayu Capsule＂ and Lamivudine and 26 cases in control group were treated with ＂Fufang Yiganling＂ and ＂Hugan Tablet＂ ; the clinical efficacy, liver function, HBV-DNA load, serum HA, LNPC Ⅲ, Ⅳ-C, diameter and blood flow of portal vein, and splenic vein diameter were observed. Results All effects were better in treatment group than in control group. Conclusion ＂Fuzheng Huayu Capsule＂ and Lamivudine is safe and effective for posthepatitic cirrhosis.
