摘要
目的探讨外用中药祛斑霜治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效。方法将105例患者分为治疗组70例和对照组35例。治疗组外用祛斑霜治疗,对照组外用迪维霜,疗程均为3个月,观察临床疗效并测定每组治疗前后血清SOD值。结果治疗组总有效率为84.29%,对照组为71.43%(P<0.05);两组治疗前后SOD值均无明显改变。结论中药祛斑霜对治疗黄褐斑有效。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂Quban Cream＂ in treating Chloasma. Methods 105 subjects were randomized into two groups： treatment group in which 70 cases were treated with ＂Quban Cream＂ and control group in which another 35 cases were treated with Tretinoin cream, with a course of three months. The clinical efficacy and SOD activity amt MDA content were detected before and after treatments. Results After treatment, the total effective rate was 84.29% in treatment group and 71.43% in control group（ P 〈0.05） ; Conclusion ＂Quban Cream＂ is better effective for chloasma.
