仔猪腹泻相关候选基因ATP2B1与HRH1在小肠组织中的表达分析

摘要 以ATP2B1、HRH1基因作为仔猪腹泻相关的候选基因,在2个品种63头猪的小肠组织中,采用实时荧光定量PCR技术对肠毒素大肠杆菌(ETEC)F4受体不同黏附表型个体进行表达量的比较分析,以验证其基因功能和作为仔猪腹泻相关候选基因的可能性.结果表明:ATP2B1基因在不同黏附表型间的表达量有显著的差异,而HRH1基因在品种间以及黏附表型间表达量差异均不显著.ATP2B1基因可望作为F4ab受体的相关候选基因,而HRH1基因仍需进一步研究. As candidate genes relevant to diarrhea traits in piglets, the genetic expression ofATP2B1, HRH1 genes were detected in 63 pigs including 2 breeds by mean s of real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR (FQ-PCR) to check their function and the possibility of being related candidate genes in contrast with the differences between the non-adhesived and adhesive. Analysis showed that the ATP2B1 gene's expression produced significant differences between the non-adhesived and adhesive, however, the HRH1 gene did not. According to the FQ-PRC technique, the ATP2B1 gene seemed to be the related candidate genes to piglet's diarrhea, but further study on HRH1 gene needs to be done.
