摘要
硒蛋白是人体必需微量元素硒以硒代半胱氨酸的形式参与形成的蛋白质。近年来对硒蛋白的研究越来越多，其在机体内所起的作用也日益受到关注。目前研究较深入的有谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶家族，现从谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶1基因多态性进行综述，以期为硒蛋白及缺硒性地方病的研究提供新的思路。
Selenium is an essential trace element in human. Selenoprotein is a protein that Se in the form of selenocysteine participates in the formation of protein. Recently, the number on the study of selenoproteins is more and more. And, the role of selenoprotein in vivo is much more increasingly concerned. At present, the study of glutathion peroxidase family is more penetrating than other selenoproteins. This text is a review for glutathion peroxidase 1, and the objective of the text is provide new ideas for studying of the relationship between selenoprotein and endemic diseases.
