摘要
提出了称之为掠射式椭圆偏振技术的新型测量方法;应用该方法并结合循环伏安技术,对在沉积有氧化铟的玻璃电极上K4[Fe(CN)6]与K3[Fe(CN)6]之间的电化学反应、铜的硼酸缓冲溶液中的腐蚀进行了研究。结果表明:在上述电化学反应过程中,掠射椭圆偏振参数△和它的变化规律与电化学反应和电极附近扩散层性质相对应;应用掠射式椭圆偏振技术对电极体系进行研究,可弥补其它实验技术的一些缺点。
A new measuring technology of ellipsometry called as graze is put forward.Electrochemical reactions of K 4[Fe(CN) 6]/K 3[Fe(CN) 6] on a glass electrode deposited indium oxide and corrosion of copper in the boric acid buffer solution were studied with both the graze ellipsometry and cyclic voltammetry.The results indicate that graze ellipsometric parameter △ and its change regulation during these electrochemical reactions are corresponding to patterns of the electrochemical reactions and properties of diffusion layer near electrode surface.So study on electrode system could be processed with the graze ellipsometry to the prosthesis limitations of other technologies.
