活性银离子抗菌液Ⅱ型与磺胺嘧啶银治疗Ⅱ度烧伤创面的临床观察

A comparison between efficacy of active silver ion antibacterial fluid Ⅱ and SD-Ag cream in treating deep second degree burn

目的观察活性银离子抗菌液Ⅱ型(商品名:银尔爽,Yingershuang)治疗Ⅱ度烧伤创面的疗效和安全性,探讨烧伤治疗中的应用价值。方法60例患者随机分为活性银离子抗菌液Ⅱ型组35例(甲组)和磺胺嘧啶银组25例(乙组),两组患者的平均年龄、性别、烧伤面积、深度差异无统计学意义,用药方式均为暴露疗法,比较两组患者创面愈合时间、愈合率、药物抗感染效果及不良反应。结果甲组创面愈合时间较乙组提前(P<0.05),细菌检出率甲组小于乙组(P<0.05)。用药后甲组未见加深现象,乙组出现加深现象,两组均无其他不良反应。结论活性银离子抗菌液Ⅱ型治疗Ⅱ度烧伤安全、有效,可促进创面愈合,是一种理想的外用药。

Objective To compare the efficacy of active silver ion antibacterial fluid （Yingershuang） and SD-Ag cream in treating deep second degree burn. Methods Sixty cases of deep second degree burns were randomly divided into 2 groups,35 cases in Yingershuang group,and 25 cases in SD-Ag cream group. The patients were treated respectively with Yingershuang and SD-Ag creeam. Results The rates of healing,infection and adverse reaction in Yingershuang group were significantly lower than those in SD-Ag Cream group（P〈0. 005）. Conclusion Yingershuang is superior to SD-Ag cream in treating deep second degree burn.
