摘要
利用雷达多波束采样法确定唯一合理的风向,再利用有效浪高及浪高谱峰值频率,由SMB算法或JONSWAP算法精确计算风速,从而得到完整的海面风场信息.
The unique wind direction was determined by using sampling two or three beam angles;Combined with ocean wave parameters, wind speed was calculated by using SMB or JONSWAP relational expression;thereby the sea surface wind field is obtained.
