实时超声引导注射式隆乳填充物取出

Application of Real-time Ultrasound-guided Extraction Operation of Injected Augmentation Mammoplasty Graft

目的探讨高频超声检测、引导取出注射式隆乳填充物的应用价值。方法应用高频超声检测、确定注射式隆乳填充物位置及层次,实时动态监测并引导填充物取出。结果10例患者20只乳房在实时超声引导下行注射式隆乳填充物取出术,效果满意。结论高频超声能够清晰显示填充物分布范围及层次,实时引导取出填充物,避免盲目探查带来不必要的组织伤害。

Objective To discuss the value of high frequency ultrasound in real-time guiding extraction operation of injected augmentation mammoplasty graft. Methods The position and level of the graft were determined by high frequency ultrasound, dynamical monitoring and the real-time guided exaction of injected augmentation mammoplasty graft were performed. Results 10 cases （of 20 breasts） were performed exaction of the grafts under the guiding of ultrasound and satisfactory results were achieved. Condusion High frequency ultrasound can clearly display the position and level of the graft and guide in real-time the exaction of injected augmentation mammoplasty graft,avoiding unnecessary tissue damage by blindness exploratien.
