摘要 在工业化设备上合成出性能稳定的硼酚醛树脂,为硼酚醛树脂的规模应用奠定基础。DSC、TGA分析表明,硼酚醛树脂具有较高的成型温度、更好的耐热性。硼酚醛树脂复合材料比普通酚醛树脂复合材料在弯曲强度、压缩强度、剪切强度等方面具有更加优异的性能,具有较低的表面电阻率、体积电阻率,在250℃下经过480h热老化后弯曲强度降低小于50%,具有很好的热老化性。 The boron-phenolic resin with stability properties was synthesized with industrialized method, which was useful for the extensive use of this kind of resin. The study of DSC and TGA shows that the boron-phenolic resin has higher moulding temperature and better heat-durability. Boron-phenolic composites have better properties than usual phenolic composites,such as bend strength, compressive strength and shear strength,as well as lower surface resistance and body resistance. After 480 hours in 250℃, the lost of bend strength is close to 50 % ,which shows that the heating aging of boron-phenolic composites is good.
