摘要
分析了四气门直喷式柴油机进气系统的特点.以4102Q柴油机为样机,进行了四气门进气系统的试验研究,分析了四气门切向气道、螺旋气道的不同气道截面积对进气流量与进气涡流动量矩的影响,为四气门进气系统的设计提供了依据.
The features of 4 valve inlet system of d.i. diesel engine are introduced. The experimental study on the 4 valve inlet system with model 4102Q d.i. diesel engine is carried out. The effects of different section area with tangential and swirling inlet parts on the flow rate and swirl momentum are discussed, which provides a basis for the design of 4 valve inlet system.
