摘要
以切削颤振理论为基础,建立了端铣动态铣削过程的动力学模型,并运用数字仿真技术,在引入状态空间变量的前提下,对动态端铣过程进行了时域仿真研究。仿真结果表明,此法与以往单齿切削的离散递推仿真法相比,具有实用性强,仿真精度高,数值稳定性好等特点.
Based on regenerative chatter vibration theory,a dynamic model for face milling process has been developed.On the condition of introducing the state space variables,the dynamic face milling process has been simulated and researched in time domain by applying digital simulation techniques.Simulating results show that,compared with the previous discrete recursion simulation method for single-toothed cutting process,this method is characterized by great practicability,high simulating precision and good numerical stability,etc.
