Surging waves of informatization drive the accelerative progress of communication sector:new policies and regulations are coming out ceaselessly, innovative technologies and services are developing unceasingly, sector structure has been adjusted deeply, and the collision and impact of each strength made the development of sector has become more and more magnificent. Especially, the outbreak of financial crisis brought an uncertainty for communication sector, which would be a challenge to the sector. What is the current situation of communication sector?
