摘要
研究了硅氧化法钢水提温的反应规律.它升温过程快而且平稳,用量在1kg/t时升温能力为239℃,与铝的升温规律相似但升温能力稍低.
The reaction law of increase in molten steel temporature with silicon oxidation method is studied. This method raises temperature rapidly and smoothly. Temperuture can be raised by 23 9℃ when 1kg silica exothermic compound added to one ton of molten steel. Compared with aluminium,its raising temperature capacity is slightly lower.
