Study on the Technology of Chlorine Dioxide Preparation

介绍了国内外具有代表性的二氧化氯制备工艺,并结合研发试验结果,重点分析、对比了二氧化氯制备工艺的关键问题,探讨了国内二氧化氯制备工艺在漂白应用中的效果与不足。通过分析探讨,阐明国内工艺的可行性,为二氧化氯制备工艺的应用提供一些基本参考依据,以进一步促进我国二氧化氯漂白应用的进程。

Representative technologies of chlorine dioxide preparation at home and abroad were discussed. Combining with our experiment results, the key issues of chlorine dioxide preparation process were analyzed and compared in detail. The application in pulp bleaching and the shortcomings of local chlorine dioxide preparation system were discussed. After analysis and study, feasibility of the preparation process developed in China was elucidated. This provides some basic references to the chlorine dioxide preparation process and promotes the progress of chlorine dioxide bleaching in China.
