摘要
针对所设计的宽带长冲程抽油机的工作载荷特点、机架的结构形式和确定的平衡梁受的支承载荷,对平衡梁的主要参数进行了优化计算,即在满足强度、稳定性和几何等约束条件下,以平衡梁质量最小为目标函数,采用惩罚函数法对平衡梁的主要尺寸和型材进行优化设计,从而使抽油机的结构更合理,重量更轻,制造费用更低。最后根据建立的优化设计数学模型,编制了平衡梁的优化设计程序,并运用一些已知和初设的参数,得出了优化设计的计算结果。
Based on the characteristic of the working load on a loal belt long stroke pumping unit, the design feature of theframework and determined bearing fortce on the balance beam the main paramelers of the balance beam are optimized, i.e . under the condition of satisfying the strength, stability and geometric constraints , by taking the mass of balance beamas objective function, the main dimensions and material of the balance beam is optimized by using the penalty function method. The optimized pumping unit has more rational structure, lighter weight and lower cost. Based on the mathematical model established, the programme for the optimization of the balance beam is developed , and the result of optimumcalculation is obtained.
