The concept of circular economy is described while the relationship of circular economy and ecological economy is analyzed. The importance that the ＂verbund development＂ of Shanghai Chemical Industry Park will be continually enriched and advanced according to the demands of circular economy is emphasized. Some ideas and suggestions based on this are proposed.
