摘要
介绍了双圆弧齿轮减速器振动特性研究的现状,指出双圆弧齿轮传动动力学的研究是齿轮传动动力学研究中比较薄弱的研究领域,尚难以指导双圆弧齿轮减速器的减振降噪设计和故障诊断工作,必须从齿轮单齿啮合刚度、齿轮轮齿的啮合规律、减速器的振动模型和振动特性等方面进行广泛的研究。同时对各种阻尼减振、降噪措施等进行优选,对阻尼材料和修形、叉穴等降噪技术进行机理研究,认清其减振、降噪原理。
The current status of the research on the vibration of double circular-arc gear reducers is described. It is indicatedthat the research of double circular-arc gear transmission is a weak link in the research of gear transndssion dynamics,therefore the vibration design and trouble diagnosis of double circular-arc gear reducers cannot be based on this research.It is suggested that further lesearch be made on the gear meshing stiffness , meshing pattern of gear teeth, vibration model and vibration characteristics of gear reducer, and optimum seeking of various kinds of methods for reducing vibration andnoise be cariied out, and an investigation in the noise reduction mechanism of some materials be conducted.
