摘要
目的考察与确定猫豆的最佳采收季节。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定不同成熟时期猫豆中左旋多巴的含量。以Phenomenex C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)为色谱柱,流动相为0.1mol·L^-1冰醋酸溶液:甲醇(95:5);流速1.0ml·min^-1;检测波长280nm;柱温25℃。结果5种不同成熟时期猫豆中左旋多巴的含量在3.47%~6.55%之间。结论干枯期采收的猫豆左旋多巴含量最高(6.55%),是猫豆的最佳采收时期。
Objective To review and determine the optimal harvesting time of seed of Stizolobium cochinchinensis (Lour) Tang et Wang. Methods Determined their levedopa content with HPLC. A Phenomenex C18 column(250 mm ×4.6 mm, 5 μm) was selected as separation column at 25℃. 0.1 mol · L^-1 acetic acid solution :methanol(95:5) was used as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0ml/min. The detection wavelength was set at 280nm. Results The range of levedopa contents in seeds at different mature periods were 3.47% -6.55%. Conclusion The quality of withered one is the best in those seeds(6.55% ). Withered period is the optimal harvesting time.
