摘要
在充分研究前人成果的基础上,提出了一种新的预测井筒中气液同时向上流动时的压力梯度计算方法。该方法将多相管流分为4个流区,计算每一流区下的压力梯度。用吐哈、江汉等5个油田114口井的实测数据对新方法及其他8种常用的方法进行了对比验证,结果表明,在油气比较小的情况下,Beggs-Bril修正法、Mukherjee-Bril法、Hasan法、Orkiszewski法、Hagedorn-Brown法、Aziz法等常用方法以及新方法的计算误差都不大;但在油气比较大的情况下,新方法具有最小的绝对平均误差(5.65%)和标准偏差(6.61%)。
A new method is formulated to predict the pressure gradient for the multiphase flow in wellbore on the basis of the research results of the predecessors The method is composed of the criteria of pattern and the model for predicting the pressure gradient for each flow pattern The new method and other commonly used eight methods are evaluated by using 114 oil well data from Jianghan and other four oilfields in China The results show that ,for a lower GLR,the new method and methods of Aziz ,Hasan,Orkiszewski,Hagedorn and Brown, Beggs and Brill, Mukherjee Beggs Brill perform well and ,for a higher GLR,the new method has the least absolute average percent error (5.65%) and percent standard deviation(6.61%)
