甘草中甘草苷的含量测定方法研究

Study on the Determination of Liquiritin in Licorice

目的改进2005年版《中国药典》Ⅰ部甘草项下甘草苷的含量测定方法。方法对甘草中甘草苷的提取方法进行了正交优选，并与药典方法进行了比较。结果最佳提取方法为用药材250倍体积的0．3％氨水，80％水浴回流30min，含量测定结果高于2005年版《中国药典》Ⅰ部项下甘草中甘草苷测定方法30％～50％。结论该方法能够准确地测定甘草中甘草苷的含量。

Objective To improve the determination method of liquiritin in licorice in Volume Ⅰ of Pharmacopoeia of People＇s Republic of China （ Edition 2005 ）. Methods The extraction method of liquiritin in licorice was optimized by orthogonal design, and this method was compared with that in the Pharmacopeia. Results The optimum extraction process was established as follows： adding 250 times amount of 0.3% aqueous ammonia into materials, reflux extracting 0.5 h in a water bath at 80℃. The result determined by this method was 1.3 to 1.5 times higher than the result by the method in the Pharmacopeia. Conclusion The liquiritin in licorice can be determined more accurately by this method.
