摘要
在数控机床的进给伺服控制系统中,采用带前馈的数字PID调节器与伺服放大器构成前馈反馈复合控制,并采用变结构控制,可显著提高数控系统的控制精度,特别是能够大大降低轮廓加工时的跟随误差。实验结果表明,这是一种有效和切实可行的控制方法。
