摘要 目的分析王不留行中具有抑制血管生成的活性成分。方法分别在体外培养人微血管内皮细胞(HMEC)和体内鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜(CAM)模型的实验指导下,从王不留行中分离得到两种成分,用化学与光谱分析法鉴定其化学结构。结果这两种活性成分分别为王不留行环肽A,E。结论王不留行中抑制血管生成的活性成分是王不留行环肽A,E。 Objective To isolate active substance of antiangiogenesis from Vaccaria segetalis. Methods Two cyclic heptapeptides were isolated from the seeds of Vaccaria segetalis by cytotoxicity based on fractionation and identified by the methods of HPLC - MS,amino acid analysis and IR. The inhibition of HMEC growth caused by this composition was determined by SRB assay and CAM experiment was carried out. Results This composition was identified as segetalin A, segetafin E. They could inhibit the growth of human microvascular endothlial cell line specifically. Conclusion Segetalin A and segetalin E in Vaccaria Segetalis have strong ability in inhibitng proliferation of HMEC.
