摘要
目的研究狐尾葛的化学成分,寻找活性成分。方法运用多种柱色谱方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定了化合物的化学结构。结果从中分离鉴定了8个化合物:①3β[(O-β-D-glucopyranosyl)oxy]-olean-12-ene-2β-tetraol;②androseptoside A;③La(-)3R,4R hydroxy-4(cis)melleine 3;④3,4-二羟基苯甲醛(3,4-di-hydro-amandol);⑤4-羟基苯甲酸(p-Hydroxybenzoic acid);⑥二十八酸(octacosanoic);⑦胡萝卜苷(daucosterol);⑧β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol)。结论以上化合物是从该植物中首次分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents from pueraria alopecuroide and look for bioactive natural products. Methods Column chromatography techniques were used for separation and purification of the compounds. Their structure were elucidated by means of spectral analysis and physio - chemical properties. Results Eight compounds were isolated from pueraria alopecuroide and their structures were identified as : 3 β, [ ( O - β - D - glucopyranosyl ) oxy ] - olean - 12 - ene - 2β - tetraol ; androseptoside A ; La ( - ) 3 R,4R hydroxy - 4 (cis) melleine 3 ;3, 4 - dihydro - amandol ; p - Hydroxybenzoic acid ; octacosano- ic ; daucosterol ; β - sitosterol. Conclusion All these compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time..
