针刺肩颈部肌肉起止点治疗肩周炎的临床疗效观察

A Clinical Observation on Treatment of Periarthritis of Shoulder by Needling the Beginning and Ending Spots of Shoulder and Neck Muscles

目的观察针刺肩颈部肌肉起止点治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法32例肩周炎病人接受针刺肩颈部肌肉起止点治疗。结果32例肩周炎患者中,临床痊愈15例,有效11例,显效4例,无效2例,总有效率93.75%。32例肩周炎病人治疗后的肩关节疼痛评分以及肩关节功能活动评分,与治疗前比较均明显增加(P<0.01);且针刺治疗过程中所有患者均未有特殊不适情况出现。结论针刺肩颈部肌肉起止点治疗肩周炎,能够有效干预肩周炎患者的临床症状、改善疼痛,恢复肩关节功能,促进其临床痊愈。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of periarthritis of shoulder treated by needling the beginning and ending spots of shoulder and neck muscles. Methods Thirty - two cases of periarthritis of shoulder received the treatment by needling the beginning and ending spots of shoulder and neck muscles. The observation period was 1 treatment course （ 10 days ）. Clinical efficacy and the score of shoulder pain and function （ Grading of the American Michael in Reese medical center） were observed after a course of treatment,which compared with that before treatment. Results Among 32 cases, 15 cases got clinical recovery, 11 got remarkable effect, 4 got effect and 2 got noneffect. The total efficacy rate was 93.75%. The scores of the shouder pain and function showed an obvious difference between before and after treatment （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The method that treates periarthritis of shoulder by acupuncturing the beginning and ending spots of shoulder and neck muscles can correct the clinical symptoms, reconstruct the shoulder joint function and promote the clinical recovery.
