摘要
目的研究大蒜素对隐孢子虫感染小鼠的治疗效果,进一步观察大蒜素抗隐孢子虫的免疫机制。方法建立免疫抑制合并隐孢子虫感染小鼠模型,随后用大蒜素治疗,并设生理盐水对照组。按时计数小鼠粪便中卵囊数量,第11天测定小鼠外周血T细胞亚群、血清可溶性白细胞介素-2受体(sIL-2R)和肠液分泌型免疫球蛋白A(sIgA)的水平。结果与对照组相比较,治疗组小鼠粪便卵囊排出数量明显减少(P<0.01),并且大蒜素可以提高免疫抑制小鼠的CD4+T细胞水平,促进肠道粘膜sIgA的产生,降低外周血sIL-2R水平。结论大蒜素对免疫抑制合并隐孢子虫感染小鼠的治疗作用是通过提高机体免疫功能来发挥的。
Objective To investigate the effect of therapy and immune function of allitridin on immune suppression mice complicated with cryptozoite infection. Methods A mouse model was established by drinking water of dexamethasone (DEX) and inoculation with CSO , and then allitridin was given for 11 days, meanwhile, the control group was set up. The cryptozoite calyx of ovum in feces was counted every day ,and on the llth day after treatment , the T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood , sIL- 2R in serum and slgA in intestinal fluid were determined accordingly. Results Compared with model group, allitridin could significantly reduce the counts of cryptozoite calyx of ovum in feces. In addition, elevate the level of CD4^+ T lymphocytes , improve the production of sIgA in intestinal mucus and reduce the level of sIL - 2R in peripheral blood. Conclusion The effect of allitridin on immune suppression mice complicated with cryptozoite infection is mediated through the enhancement of immune functions.
