基于有限元法的浮法玻璃退火窑辊道传动轴受力仿真分析

摘要 浮法玻璃退火窑尺寸不断加大,使得退火窑辊道传动系统,特别是传动轴等零件面临着强度方面的风险。借助ANSYS有限元分析工具,对退火窑辊道传动轴这一典型的受扭转零件进行强度计算,找出传动轴上的薄弱环节,并对改善该处局部强度提出了建议。 With the increasing size of the float glass roller annealing lehr, its traditional driving system is facing a severe problem on strength. The ANSYS, i.e. a kind of powerful FEA software, is used to calculate strength of driving shaft which is a typical torsional component in roller annealing lehr so as to find out the weak point along the whole length of the driving shaft and then enable to make proposal for improving the structure in order to reduce local stress.
