摘要
为预防模具早期失效、提高模具使用寿命,以H13钢为对象,通过试验,对该热作模具钢的淬火、回火工艺及二次硬化进行了系统研究,并对其强度、塑性、硬度及冲击性能进行了检测及分析。研究结果表明,优质H13钢二次硬化温度比常用H13钢高50~70℃;经1100℃淬火、600℃二次回火后,试样表现为较优的强韧性配合和综合使用性能,其伸长率达8.10%,屈服强度达1335MPa、抗拉强度达1534MPa。
The H13 hot working die steel for die casting was treated by quenching,tempering and secondary hardening to prevent the early-stage failure and improve the service life of mould;meanwhile,strength,plasticity,hardness and impact toughness of the H13 die steel were measured.The results indicate that the second hardening temperature of advanced H13 die steel is 50~70℃ higher than that of conventional one.The H13 die steel exhibits excellent strength-toughness properties and comprehensive service performance after quenching at 1100℃ and secondary tempering at 600℃,where the elongation,yield strength and tensile strength are 8.10%,1335MPa and 1534MPa,respectively.
