摘要 在三维造型软件Pro/E中建立热型连铸模型,利用ProCAST软件对热型连铸过程中的温度场和晶粒结构进行了模拟计算。结果表明,采用稳态算法能够有效地预测连铸过程中温度场的变化和固液界面的形貌;采用CAFE模块能够准确地再现连铸过程中等轴晶到柱状晶的转变以及柱状晶区晶粒的竞争生长过程。 Numerical simulation of temperature field and grain structure in heated mould continuous casting Cu-10Al alloy was carried out by the Procast software based on established model on Pro/E platform.The results reveal that variation of temperature field and morphology evolution of solid-liquid interface can be accurately predicted by means of steady calculation in process of heated mould continuous casting.Meanwhile,transformation of equiaxed grain into columnar grain and competitive growth in columnar grain domain can be accurately visualized by the CAFE module.
