摘要
目的探讨血小板源性生长因子(PDGF)及其两种受体(PDGFRα-和PDGFRβ-)在尖锐湿疣皮损中的表达特征以及可能的生物学意义。方法采用免疫组化SP方法检测PDGF,PDGFαR,PDGFβR在尖锐湿疣皮损(30例)和正常皮肤(10例)中的表达。结果在对照组成人皮肤组织中,PDGF和两种受体均弱阳性表达,PDGF的阳性细胞主要为表皮基底层细胞和内皮细胞,PDGFRα-主要分布于表皮细胞、内皮细胞和部分成纤维细胞的细胞膜上,PDGFRβ-受体在表皮基底层细胞和内皮细胞的质膜上阳性表达。在尖锐湿疣组PDGF和两种受体的阳性表达程度明显增强,PDGF主要在基底层细胞、棘层细胞和内皮细胞的质膜上强阳性表达,PDGFRα-和PDGFRβ-在基底层细胞、棘层细胞和内皮细胞的质膜/核上均强阳性表达。结论PDGF和其受体PDGFRα-,PDGFRβ-在参与尖锐湿疣发生、发展中有一定意义。
Objective To investigate the expression of platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF) and its receptor, PDGFR-α and PDGFR-β in the lesion of eondyloma aeuminatum and to explore their potential biological significance. Methods The expressions of PDGF, PDGFR-α and PDGFR-β in the lesions of eondyloma acuminatum were investigated by immmunohistochemical technique, and the normal foreskins were taken as controls. Results There were no expressions of PDGF, PDGFR-α and PDGFR-β in the foreskin from normal controls, or feeble expressions of PDGF, PDGFR-α and PDGFR-β in the stratum basale and stratum spinosum of foreskin, strongly expressions of PDGF, PDGFR-α and PDGFR-β in the lesional of condyloma acuminatum were observed. There were mostly expressions of PDGF in the stratum basale, stratum spinosum and endothelial cell, PDGFR-α and PDGFR-β were chiefly sited in the membranes of epidermal basal cells, stratum spinosum and endothelial cells. Conclusions PDGF, PDGFR-α and PDGFR-β might be involved in the pathogenesis of condyloma acuminatum.
